Recruitment Business Manager/ Owner (East Midlands)
Permanent Position
Salary: £35,000 + Commission & Quarterly Bonus

We operate in providing both temporary and permanent trades, maintenance and soft FM staff to the public sector.
About the Role:
As a result, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to grow our sales and join our exclusive recruitment business. We are now looking to open a branch of our business supporting clients in the East Midlands region. The opportunity available is to start as a business manager to grow our new office in this region, with the view of becoming a shareholding director in this new venture.
You will be tasked with winning new clients and growing some existing accounts in this region.
You will be a part of the highest performing recruitment sales team in the business who live and breathe the job. Thrown into cold calling, sourcing and qualifying potential candidates on a daily basis.
Business development and obtaining new clients in our sector will be one of your main focuses, with the long-term goal of growing a team and establishing our business in this geographical region.
Resourcing and reporting to the business directors, being their eyes and ears in the marketplace. Working with our consultants and management to ensure revenue and growth targets are not only met but exceeded.
Once targets are met and the business has started to grow, we will then look at the opportunity to become a director and shareholder of this newly formed venture.
About You:
You will be a self-starter, natural overachiever, with the determination to succeed and win no matter the cost. We are looking for someone with the hunger and ambition to put in the hard work and see the results. Growing and managing a team of consultants is the end goal, so previous management skills and experience is advantageous.
You must be resilient, not afraid of rejection, and understand that success in our field takes time. Having a strong work ethic and a flair for entrepreneurship needs to be in your nature.
Starting a new business is not easy, and we will expect you to be able to win new business as well as grow business relationships.
