Main duties of the job Working as the Employee Relations Officer, you will: • Provide a professional, knowledgeable and effective ER advice helpline service to our colleagues and managers – the HR Helpline service operates through telephone, Microsoft Teams and email • Provide proactive, compassionate, efficient first line contact, advice and support for all colleagues and managers on a wide range of employee related queries and concerns, interpreting HR policies to ensure understanding and appropriate application of Trust HR policies • Support the team with general administration duties, for example data analysis using excel, Appeals and Tribunal processes, Job Evaluation process, liaising with managers trust-wide, responding to Freedom of Information requests, and support of the job evaluation process Working for our organisation What can we offer in return?
