Business Analyst up to £46,000, 12 Month FTC in West Yorkshire
We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to drive technology change and system improvements for a governmental body in West Yorkshire. You will lead by example, promoting a culture of respect, fairness, and inclusion.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders, overseeing procurement processes, resolving issues, and assessing the impact of implemented changes, supporting complex projects and driving continuous service improvement. Agile experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong background in business analysis, including business systems, process modelling, and requirement gathering for technical solutions (e.g., MoSCoW).
* Good understanding of emerging digital technologies and their capabilities, with awareness of Digital Government services and capabilities.
* Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Scrum, Agile) and a methodical, analytical approach to problem-solving and planning.
* Recognised as a subject matter expert, providing advice and resolving technology-related change demands.
* Directly contributed to transformational organisational change.
