Our exclusive client, an established ERP Software Vendor in Hull is looking for a Software Support Analyst to join its expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading ERP software, assisting customers and ensuring smooth system operations. Full training on support systems and products will be provided.
About the Role
As part of the Support team, you will handle customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and resolve customer issues via the Service Desk
* Provide regular updates on logged cases
* Work closely with internal teams and third-party support providers
* Maintain accurate case records
* Contribute to team targets and knowledge-sharing

* Experience in supporting or using finance or business management systems
* Understanding of software support and IT architecture
* Commercial awareness of business operations
* Strong time management and organisational skills
