We are looking for a highly experienced and driven talent acquisition professional to join our friendly team at Worthing Hospital. To succeed in this exciting new role you will need to demonstrate a track record of in-house resourcing, ideally in an healthcare setting. Your role will be to partner with managers to support their recruitment needs including drafting adverts, managing advertising and social media campaigns and coordinating assessment processes. You will also develop competency and values based interview frameworks and develop healthily candidate pipelines for key roles including Healthcare Assistant, Registered Nurse and Allied Healthcare Professionals. You will work closely with the Resourcing Operations Manager to ensure that our processes are candidate and manager centric and coach team members to develop TA capacity. The post holder will coordinate senior recruitment campaigns and act as a subject matter expert, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A high standard of written English will be required as the successful candidate will regularly draft adverts, develop interview questions and write committee papers.
