We're looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our clients dynamic MSP team! If you thrive on solving complex IT issues and enjoy working with a variety of clients, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide advanced technical support for Hardware and Software issues.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues.
3. Provide technical support for networking, infrastructure, and Cloud technology.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service with the ability to go above and beyond.
5. Hands-on technical problem-solving approach.
6. Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a methodical way.
Key Skills:
1. 3+ Years MSP experience.
2. Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019 & 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
3. Office 365 and Exchange experience (2016 & 2019).
4. Advanced in managing and troubleshooting VoIP Systems.
5. Virtualization experience (Hyper-V, VMware).
6. Understanding of Networking - working with Routers, Switches, Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and general support and troubleshooting.
7. Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and WAN/LAN Tech.
8. Experience or Understanding of PowerShell Scripting (Desirable).
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working)
Work Pattern: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £35k - £45k DOE
