Trainee Traffic Maintenance Engineer - Oxfordshire, United Kingdom (On-site)

Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Trainee Traffic Maintenance Engineer will join a team of Traffic Signals specialists in Oxfordshire. Due to growth, we are expanding our Traffic team in this region.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with experienced Traffic Engineers to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and test Traffic Signals / Traffic Lights and related electrical equipment in Oxfordshire.
* Engage in on-the-job training aimed at achieving an NVQ in Electrical Installations and sector certifications such as ECS and NHSS Chapter 8.
Candidate Profile:
* Interest in troubleshooting, fixing, testing, and maintaining electrical equipment, with some exposure to outdoor lighting, CCTV, controllers, detection boxes, telecommunications, or related courses/diplomas.
* Motivated to learn and develop skills on the job and through online learning.
* Ability to problem-solve and think creatively, following fault-finding instructions.
* Hold a full UK Driving Licence and reside in Oxfordshire.
* Willing to undertake Drugs & Alcohol testing for compliance.
