Job Title: Planning and Delivery Manager
Main purpose of the job:
* To develop and maintain an overall performance management framework including the strategic and corporate planning processes to assist the Senior Leadership Team in developing its long-term strategy.
* To lead on the provision of a robust and innovative performance data and intelligence service so that the business can take an intelligence and risk-led approach in delivering an effective service.
* To manage the Planning and Intelligence team, leading and developing innovative approaches to achieve performance improvement and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
* To deliver high-quality advice and support to the Senior Leadership Teams that will support the drive for continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making; and to be a member of the Directorate Management Team.
Minimum Requirements:
You will ideally be educated to Degree level or equivalent, ideally within a research or statistical element, or have comparable and relevant experience.
It is important to have worked at management level within an organisation focused on quality and performance, have prepared reports for Board level, and managed projects.
