Job Description
The duties include:
* Managed outsourced payroll for 15 companies within the group
* Manage the P11d and year end process
* Drive consolidation of monthly payroll schedules
* Maintaining accurate payroll records, including holidays and adjustments
* Support with employee benefits including pension
* Check payroll are accurate and make amendments when needed
* Dealing with payroll related queries
* Develop payroll reporting as required
* Project work with on boarding new companies
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate MUST:
* Have experience in a similar role - Essential
* Be adaptable and excited by growth and change - Essential
* Have excellent communication skills at all levels - Essential
* Be up to date on all UK legislation - Essential
* Be able to drive change and process improvements - Essential
