This role sits within our Cleaning business division that provides cleaning and hygiene services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Transport market.
About The Role:
Shift pattern: 5 in 7. Variable shifts.
This role will be based onboard Avanti trains which travel on the west coast mainline. This would therefore suit applicants fromCrewe/ Birmingham/Preston/ Manchester.
Key responsibilities:
* Travel on Avanti train services observing and completing quality audits and checks for the Onboarder cleaning operatives to ensure that they are carrying out duties in line with the training, client specification and output standards via diagrams checks
* Identification and delivery of and sharing (via electronic means) coaching and development needs of the Onboarder operatives and support in the role out of new initiatives
* Give feedback and coach Onboarder staff on route as necessary
* Reporting and sharing of movements, interactions and findings with the management team
* Ensure company policies, procedures and regulations are complied with.
* Continually look to improve Onboarder standards, processes and methods of work to maximise effectiveness and efficiency
* Work with the management team to update standards accordingly.
* Work safely and in line with all training to the requirements and standards as required for working onboard trains across the Avanti route
* Work collaboratively with the Fleet Presentation Manager to create training interventions and enhance the core training materials as necessary
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* You must have Right to Work in the UK
* Previous experience in cleaning would be advantageous.
* You will have excellent attention to detail.
* Experience working as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
* Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.
