Job description
We are currently looking for a Fleet Administrator for a client in the Automotive industry based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
Duties may include:
1. Process NEW vehicle orders with relevant manufacturer/dealership.
2. Monitor order progress and provide feedback to customer/internal team on order status.
3. Manage the order through to delivery status of the vehicle to customer.
4. Manage forecasts for deliveries and updates of vehicles arriving on site.
5. Update finance details onto product records.
6. Ensure all necessary paperwork is kept up to date.
7. General administration.
8. Issue and collate documentation.
9. Complete other ad hoc duties as required.
10. Ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained.
11. Data entry.
12. Maintain accurate records.
13. Prepare correspondence.
14. Vehicle compliance.
15. Ensure all vehicle paperwork is up to date and compliant, including MOTs, services, etc.
16. Assist with periodic sales campaigns involving the Development team and the Internal Sales team.
Hours - Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30
Salary - £25k to £30k per annum dependent on experience.
