A highly reputable and award-winning SEN School Group is seeking an experienced Interim Headteacher to join the team at their Darwen site. This interim position is initially contracted until Easter, with the potential for extension until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school, ensuring high standards of education, safeguarding, and operational excellence. Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and external stakeholders. Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within an SEN setting. Ofsted experience with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. A deep knowledge of SEN provision and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
