* ...a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent or substantial independent school teaching experience).
* ...experienced in teaching Business and/or Economics at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (A-Level and/or BTEC).
* ...passionate about Business and Economics, with the ability to engage students of high academic ability.
* ...an excellent classroom practitioner with a commitment to fostering independent learning.
* ...committed to raising student attainment and exceeding expectations.

Your Role Will Involve:
* Planning and delivering high-quality, challenging Business and Economics lessons.
* Meeting the individual needs of all students through differentiated instruction, including extension and enrichment activities.
* Regularly assessing student progress and providing detailed and personalized feedback.
* Maintaining accurate records.
* Creating a positive, stimulating, and intellectually rigorous learning environment.
* Working and collaborating with colleagues and contributing to departmental initiatives.
* Contributing to curriculum development within the department.
* Liaising with parents/guardians, maintaining strong communication.
* Ensuring student safety and well-being, and promoting the school's ethos.
