What to expect
As a Support Advisor within our Network Monitoring Team you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of cash and stock within our Postmaster’s system. You will proactively investigate discrepancies as you monitor the system and contact Postmasters directly to ensure they understand the process.
You will become an expert in Post Office branch operations and know how to help Postmasters and branches resolve their issues. You will also complete administrative activities to ensure that issues captured in first line support are effectively managed and resolved for Postmasters and branches.
Our Support Advisors have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and create positive change for Postmasters and the wider business.
