Bromsgrove Short Breaks Service provides specialist overnight and day care for children and young people with physical and learning disabilities and complex health needs across Worcestershire. Our standards are high and this is reflected in our home being rated as outstanding by Ofsted.

Have you got experience in working with children or young people with disabilities, with a passion and motivation for doing a great job? If so, we would love you to join us as one of our residential support workers.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be ambitious for young people, helping them to achieve their goals and optimise their potential. You will work directly with children and young people, building effective relationships with them, their families, and other professionals.
