Property Coordinator
Finders Keepers has an exciting opportunity for a Property Co-ordinator to join our team in Abingdon on a fixed term contract.
Finders Keepers is a leading Estate Agency focused on letting and built on its exceptional knowledge and expertise. All of our Property Management is handled in-house (we do not outsource). As a Property Assistant, you will manage a small team of properties and provide administrative support to the Property Managers according to internal procedures, with the appropriate level of guidance needed, depending on your experience.
The role provides a balance of working in the office handling administrative tasks along with property visits and external meetings.

Key responsibilities of a Property Co-ordinator include:
1. Administration for all aspects of property management
2. First point of contact for tenants, contractors, and landlords
3. Taking calls
4. Prepare and check properties for tenancy starting
5. Instructing appropriate contractors
6. Handle the administration for check-ins, checkouts, and inspections
7. Complete administration following on-site appointments
8. Work seamlessly with internal divisions and teams
9. Responsible for ensuring portfolio compliance in relation to current legislation
10. Provide administrative support where required
Knowledge, skills, experience to be a successful Property Co-ordinator:
1. Ability to meet deadlines, efficient
2. 2 years administration experience
3. Good level of spelling and grammar
4. Good communicator, relationship builder, problem solver
5. Detail oriented
6. Positive can-do attitude, team player
7. Strives to improve, accepts feedback
