Salary: Up to £75,000 (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits and bonus scheme
Are you a skilled Property Litigation Solicitor seeking an exciting new opportunity? We are proud to represent a prestigious Legal 500 firm in their search for an experienced and ambitious solicitor to join their busy litigation department in Essex.
The Role
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property disputes. Working within a supportive and highly regarded team, you will have the autonomy to handle complex matters while benefiting from the expertise and resources of the wider department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including lease renewals, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant issues, dilapidations, possession claims, and more.
2. Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients, including property developers, landlords, tenants, and individuals.
3. Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and court documents.
4. Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
5. Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless client experience.
6. Supporting business development initiatives, fostering strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE and a proven track record in property litigation.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. In-depth knowledge of both residential and commercial property disputes.
2. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
3. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
4. Excellent time management and organisational abilities, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
5. Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
