Commercial DisputesPlymouthMy client are a Top 50 law firm who are seeking a skilled commercial disputes associate to join their innovative legal services team. This group is comprised of over 100 professionals, including lawyers, paralegals, management information specialists, and legal project managers, offering a variety of services and solutions to clients. The team also assists the wider firm on high-volume workflows, managed services, and bespoke projects.Whilst this role is based in Plymouth, you will have the option to work remotely for 3 days a week with the remainder being in the office.Our client are seeking candidates with expertise in commercial debt recovery and/or defending consumer claims. You will be part of a sub-team within this alternative legal services group made up of lawyers and paralegals. The team handle recoveries and consumer claims for a notable roster of clients in sectors such as retail, utilities, government, and technology.
