We require a qualified and experienced surveyor to work as part of our busy Property Services Team based in Stockport. Creative Support own and manage a portfolio of supported accommodation across the country for which you will contribute to the effective management and maintenance.
Ensuring the standards of company property assets and leading on a variety of refurbishment, new build or other projects you will work to maintain them in line with our ambitious capital expenditure and development plans.
The Senior Surveyor will be responsible for the line management and workload of the Property Services Project Manager. The Senior Surveyor will work closely with the Property Services Team, senior staff at Creative Support, building consultants, external contractors and the in-house maintenance team. The Senior Surveyor will report to the Property Services Manager.
