Legionella Risk Assessor
The main purpose of this job is to provide a high-level water hygiene service to all CES Clients within our dedicated water hygiene division (Churchill Environmental Services). This role is within a medium-sized water hygiene division, offering the opportunity to build upon experience, progress a career, and gain extensive experience within a fast-paced environment.
Reporting into the Risk Assessor Manager, the Legionella Risk Assessor will be responsible for undertaking risk assessments, risk assessment reviews, and surveys on a wide variety of water systems (including other risk systems) and will require a good understanding of both commercial and domestic water systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all risk assessment reports and their satisfactory completion and quality checking prior to issue.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out Legionella Risk assessments, reviews, and surveys in line with company procedures and method statements
2. Ensure all survey forms and work records (electronic system based) are complete and accurate
3. Assist with technical development of the risk assessment document where required
4. Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed and recorded and are complete and accurate
5. Ensure all arrangements for visits with clients are made in a timely and professional manner
6. Provide full support to the Risk Assessor Manager, as and when required
7. Any other reasonable tasks as required
Skills and Abilities:
1. Effective communication with good interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization, and with third parties
2. Ability to proactively identify problems and make decisions, taking appropriate action to a resolution
3. Ability to attain an accurate and consistent standard of service
4. Ability to work on own initiative and positively as a team member
5. Computer literacy, with the ability to effectively use the Microsoft Office package and bespoke software/databases
