An excellent opportunity has arisen for a committed individual with excellent performance management and change implementation skills to lead the Service Improvement Team.
About the job
The successful applicant will be responsible for management of the Service Improvement Team who are responsible for the implementation of effective performance management systems, developing and supporting services including planning and policy development, and a variety of service improvement and development projects.
This is a hybrid post, split between homeworking and County Hall.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will have experience of staff management and budgetary control alongside experience of reviewing, evaluating and planning of services.
You will have an excellent understanding of business systems underpinning service delivery alongside an understanding of performance management principles. Experience of partnership working would be desirable but is not essential.
The ability to speak community languages would be an advantage.
