Asset Data and Compliance Manager (Engineering)

ISS are now recruiting for an Asset Data and Compliance Manager to join their growing Production team on a permanent basis. This role is based on an account with sites nationwide, therefore, the role will be remote working, with travel to one of the sites one day a week or so.
As the Asset Data and Compliance Manager, you will liaise with all the technical leads to ensure the asset data is verified and to ensure the lifecycle reporting can be viewed in real time. The Asset Data and Compliance Manager will be wholly accountable to ensure successful asset data and account assurance of the account hard services including the implementation of delivering and optimising technical, building services on site through strategic asset management.
You will be responsible for:
* Manage the delivery of asset management activities on project as per contracts requirements such as asset register & tagging, uploading asset information that can be transferred onto the CAFM system and maintenance plans.
* Enhancing the Asset Management service offerings to add value to client’s’ assets.
* Lead the development of asset foundation documents such as asset management policy, objectives, plans (AMP), strategic asset management plan (SAMP) and required procedures.
* Oversight that the maintenance procedures are in line with manufacturer’s specifications or SFG20
* Support the handover, the handover process, checklists, certificates, records, and schedule which shall be the bases for the agreed procedure to be jointly signed-off by all relevant parties
* Coordinate and Compile the Forward Maintenance Register (FMR) for a rolling program of work and replacements for the next 5 years.
* Ensure the Asset Database is kept fully up to date in the CAFM; all records related to maintenance are recorded and available to the Employer, the configuration of the system is not changed without the change control process being adhered.
* Oversight and facilitate the documentation describing the asset is managed by each Contractor to ensure that it is accurate and up to date.
* Ensure completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to track Asset Management's goal achievement.
* Facilitate and report on the Annual Asset Condition Survey together with the Contractors.
* Preparing case studies and presentation materials to support management decision.
* Lead and execute the asset class strategies and take ownership of how to best execute those strategies across the portfolio
* Enforce a zero tolerance to unsafe working practices to target a goal zero accident rate
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in Technical Services/Engineering in a building services environment - preferably in integrated facilities management
* Be a self-starter that consistently delivers to outcome specifications
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; strong people management experience
* Ability to work in team environment
* Skilled in commercial aspects of engineering contracts.
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
* Excellent attention to detail
