You must have previous experience working in theTemporary Recruitmentsector, and have previous experience within High Volume Hiring. Working asan Recruitment Account Manager: Office & Warehouse Support Working across both environments to ensure recruitment success Utilising Internal Systems Handling ticketing systems for IT, marketing, and purchase orders Telephone Communication Contacting candidates for pre-screening and interview scheduling, liaising with Warehouse Managers and clients Candidate Inductions & Assessments Conducting interviews, onboarding sessions, and delivering group inductions Data Management & Reporting Tracking worker attendance and preparing KPI reports for stakeholders Meetings & Briefings Engaging with various client teams including Operations, HR, and Health & Safety Client Service & Growth Providing excellent service to current clients while identifying opportunities for organic growth Engagement Initiatives Driving participation and promoting engagement strategies Scheduling & Payroll Managing worker schedules and ensuring accurate weekly payroll processing Continuous Improvement Reviewing and analysing management data to enhance efficiency on-site The suitablecandidate will have the ability to work in a busy environment and will be able to multi-task and juggle a number of different projects all at once. The Working Hours of an On-site Consultant: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00: or 09:00 - 17:00 We are looking for people with a recruitment background who understand the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days.
