We are currently recruiting experienced LSAs to support schools across Reading and nearby areas. Whether you’re looking for a fresh start, a new challenge, or more flexible working arrangements – we have a range of roles to suit your skills and experience.

What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or LSA
* A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting children’s learning
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* An understanding of SEN and/or behavioural needs is desirable
* A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
