Many of our services are commissioned by the NHS, Local Authorities, and schools, and include services for NHS staff. Others are accessed by members of the public who pay for them privately, through medical insurance, or through our charitable arm. The role One Month Contract The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and uploading referral data for neurodevelopmental assessments into Oakdale's purpose-built Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. This includes reviewing referral details, ensuring the information is complete, responding to referrers to acknowledge receipt/follow-up incomplete details, and processing the data in a timely manner. The role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Review incoming referral information and ensure all necessary data is available and accurate. Follow up missing data with the referrer/return referrals where they do not meet requirements. Upload referral data into the CRM system in accordance with established procedures. Maintain accurate records and verify accuracy of data inputted to prevent errors or inconsistencies in the CRM system. Maintain confidentiality of all referral information and adhere to data protection regulations. Report any issues or discrepancies to your line manager for resolution. Report on progress and data entry metrics when required. Ensure data entry is completed within set deadlines and meets Oakdale's quality standards. Skills and Qualifications: Essential Strong attention to detail Ability to work at pace and maintain accuracy Excellent written language skills Good organisational and time management skills.
