The successful Health and Safety Manager will: Have a track record of leadership within a high-risk industrial or manufacturing environment, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, a hands-on consultative approach, and the ability to drive cultural change. Have a collaborative, high-energy, and people-centric approach, with confidence to challenge and shape the future of the safety function. Understand what good safety leadership looks like, balancing technical expertise with servant leadership. Be qualified to Level 6 in a relevant health and safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent).
