In this rewarding contract role, you will join a fantastic Junior School team who are committed to providing an excellent education for all. The Junior school is part of a bigger co-educational school, which caters for pupils from the age of two and a half to eighteen. As an enthusiastic and flexible Year 1 Primary Teacher, you can combine your love of teaching with stunning surroundings and excellent facilities at this school.
You will need to have a passion for teaching KS1 pupils and a desire to motivate children to reach their full potential during Year 1. You must be able to plan, prepare and deliver exciting and innovating lessons, with strong classroom management and a caring, nurturing approach.
This Year 1 Teacher role is to cover maternity, from January until the end of the academic year.
Skills and requirements:
QTS
The right to work in the UK
DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
A solid background in teaching KS1
