Duties of the Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator:
* Coordinating early career recruitment activities
* Managing the application process from start to finish
* Contributing to the design and execution of assessment centres and interviews
* Creating and implementing recruitment strategies
* Building relationships with key stakeholders
* Outreach to local education settings
* Providing advice and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Administering HR systems and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting the wider HR team with ad-hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
A successful Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator should have:
* A background in recruitment and assessment centres
* Experience in coordinating recruitment activities
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
