What you’ll do As a certified mobile funeral arranger, you’ll provide expert guidance and advice to help clients plan the perfect service and support with family visits. Travel to meet clients and build relationships across your community. Support with manual handling of coffins and the deceased. This role would suit people who have A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. A passion for delivering great service and building relationships plus would feel comfortable working on their own; both travelling to client meetings, and holding fort within branches where necessary. Excellent communication and admin skills plus strong attention to detail to make sure regulatory policies and processes are always adhered to. High levels of empathy, discretion, and care.
