This role is essential in ensuring that students with sensory impairments, physical disabilities, or complex medical needs can fully access education and achieve their potential. The successful candidate will provide targeted support, acting as an advocate for students with additional needs and helping them navigate their educational journey. There will be challenges, but the relationships built with these young people will be crucial in fostering their confidence, independence, and success. Even the smallest actions can have a life-changing impact on our students. Working alongside the SENCO and Assistant SENCO, you will support with administrative processes and be expected to keep accurate and detailed records. The successful candidate will be required to confidently collaborate and communicate with students, staff, families and a range of external services and partner schools.
