Customer Service Representative
Location: Melton
Monday-Friday 8:30am-17.00pm
£12.05 per hour

Adecco UK Ltd are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to work in a Business to Business environment providing support for a PPE Company based in Melton.
Main Duties
Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer queries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
2. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilising computer systems and software.
3. Provide product information, resolve issues, and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer support throughout the sales process.
6. Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
7. Communicate with internal teams and escalate complex concerns when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
8. Collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate shipments and manage delivery expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
Interested applicants must have excellent administrative and numeracy skills, be hardworking and reliable.
