Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new-build transactions.
* Advising clients on all stages of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction to post-completion, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Drafting and reviewing key documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
* Conducting title investigations and handling complex issues such as shared ownership, Help to Buy, lease extensions, and right to buy.
* Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to keep all parties informed and ensure a high level of client care.
* Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and compliance requirements, ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE in residential property law.
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and experience managing a high-volume caseload independently.
* Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide clear, practical advice.
* Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
