SourceCo are proud to work in partnership with a online retailer based in Droitwich who are looking for an Assistant Team Leader to join their fantastic team.
Job Title – Assistant Team Leader
Hours of work – Monday-Friday (Apply online only)
Pay rates – £13.65 per hour
Start date – ASAP
Location – Droitwich
Job Type – Temporary but may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
What does the Assistant Team Leader role involve?
* Supporting in leadership of daily operations
* Helping with tracking team progress and KPI's
* Reporting any performance issues
* Mentoring and coaching team
* Helping maintaining team morale

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required:
* Manual dexterity
* High attention to detail
* Able to remain calm under pressure.
* Previous Team Leader experience would be advantageous
