The Head Teacher and Governors of Kitchener Primary School are seeking to appoint an excellent communicator, compassionate administrator with a hospitable nature to join our school to provide the best for our children and families.

Kitchener is a large, inner-city school with over 460 pupils, serving the areas of Riverside, Canton and Leckwith in Cardiff. 90 per cent of the pupils are from an ethnic minority background, the majority of Bangladeshi heritage. Pupils come from over 40 different ethnic groups and speak over 40 different languages. Approximately 90 percent receive support in English as an additional language and many enter the school with little or no English.
The school is a vibrant and exciting learning institution which celebrates the diversity and differences of its pupils. It fosters a climate where the school is seen as part of an interdependent world where respect, acceptance and appreciation of the needs and contributions of others, as well as themselves, are paramount to its pupils.
The governors of Kitchener Primary School are seeking to appoint a well organised and highly effective Administration to join our friendly and professional team.
