Provide leadership and direction for the management, education, training, and development of nursing and social work staff. Oversee daily clinical operations of client programs through the management of the Delivery Managers (Band 8b). Develop the Clinical Quality Improvement Strategy and associated policies to ensure all services are person-centred and meet CHC framework requirements, with a commitment to ongoing service development and quality improvement. Use specialist knowledge and experience of CHC and healthcare services, to assure the Board, Transformation and Commercial Teams in consideration of product development and the expansion of service offerings. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulation is in place and professional development and training opportunities are available, both for registered nurses and registered social workers. Implement, monitor, and analyse outcomes to ensure the continuation of a high-quality patient centric service. Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively to implement necessary changes. Be the escalation point for any safeguarding concerns or clinical disputes and attend client meetings if required to provide clinical input. Represent the Company in any agreed multi-agency forums. May be required to undertake Caldicott Guardian responsibilities. Keep up to date about statutory and professional changes and ensure this information is effectively communicated to all relevant parties.
