What You Will Do Provide leadership and direction to the quality assurance, quality control, microbiology and validation teams fostering a culture of quality excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and track quality metrics, including product quality, batch release times, deviation/incident rates, first pass fail and customer complaints. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate quality-related risks throughout the product lifecycle and across the facility. Minimum Qualifications Minimum experience of 7-10 years in a technical role within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. 3 years in a leadership position. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (MHRA GMP) governing pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, and quality management systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. In depth understanding of Microbiology, Validation and QC testing methods including HPLC, FTIR and UV testing protocols and a testing background. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. QP qualified or working towards QP accreditation. What You Will Have Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field with strong Chemistry component.
