Scheme Manager (Mental Health)
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £30, - £32,
Contract: Permanent
One of the prestigious charity is seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to lead a supported living scheme for 14 adults. This role involves managing support services, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with multiple agencies. Minimum two years of experience with adults with mental health illnesses required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver support to individuals with mental health needs.
2. Assess client needs and secure suitable housing.
3. Provide guidance, crisis intervention, and future planning.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding.
5. Manage a small outreach team.
6. Lead staff recruitment, training, and appraisals.
Requirements:
7. Two years' experience with mental health illnesses.
8. Strong leadership and line management skills.
9. Ability to manage change and maintain high service standards.
10. Valid DBS
