About the Role
As a Driver Recruitment Agent, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with prospective drivers, verifying and processing their paperwork, and maintaining accurate driver files. Your duties will include checking drivers' licenses and PCO permits, handling inquiries, and managing tasks through our Freshworks and Shamrock systems. Additionally, you will ensure all driver and vehicle documentation is kept up-to-date, including monitoring and updating records as documents expire.

Main Accountabilities
Achieve Recruitment Targets: Drive the recruitment process to meet and exceed our hiring goals, ensuring the continued growth and success of the company.
Document Verification: Thoroughly review and validate all documents, including drivers' licenses, PCO permits, and other necessary certifications, to maintain compliance with legal and company standards.
Conduct Interviews: Represent the company professionally by conducting one-on-one interviews with potential drivers, creating a positive first impression and showcasing the company’s values and culture.
Maintain Accurate Records: Regularly update internal systems with driver and vehicle information, ensuring data accuracy for reporting purposes and enabling senior management to make informed decisions.
Promote the Company: Use exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills to engage with potential drivers, effectively communicating the benefits of working with us and encouraging them to join our team.
Onboarding Support: Assist new drivers through the onboarding process, providing clear guidance on company policies, procedures, and expectations.
Compliance Monitoring: Keep track of expiring documents and proactively communicate with drivers to ensure timely renewals, maintaining uninterrupted compliance.
Handle Queries: Respond promptly to driver inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering excellent service and resolving concerns efficiently.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to align recruitment efforts with operational needs and organisational objectives.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes, contributing to overall efficiency and effectiveness.
