Hours: 37.5 per week (to include evenings and weekends on a rota basis) Contract: Permanent Basis Salary: £24,461 per annum (payable monthly) What We Are Looking For In You: We are looking for enthusiastic, honest and hardworking people to join our teams in Somerset. As of April 2024 we will be continuing our work in partnership with Somerset Council to deliver a new contract providing a key service of supported accommodation for young people aged 16 - 24. You will work collaboratively with supported provision workers to facilitate a seamless transition of support. Building professional, positive and trusting relationships with clients, landlords and other relevant services, this role involves modelling, teaching and encouraging positive behaviours to clients to ensure that their independent accommodation is managed effectively whilst fostering a sustainable, long-term positive outcome. We are growing and extending our passionate Young Persons’ Housing team in Somerset and are keen to find people who really believe in young people and their potential and who are motivated to make a real difference in for young people and communities.
