About the role
In this role I create Operating Models from conception to align with business strategy by engaging and motivating experts to contribute to projects, generating business value. I develop these concepts into blueprints to align the business. I ensure processes and systems are efficient by quickly resolving issues. Work collaboratively to handle interdependencies and conflicts, delivering value to all partners. Set up clear governance to manage risks and supervise progress, keeping business leaders informed.
You will be responsible for
* Translate business priorities to strategic blueprints
* Ensure that the operating models created align with the overall business strategy, adapting as necessary to support strategic goals.
* Engaging with relevant subject matter experts, leading and motivating them to contribute to the delivery of the project.
* Taking ownership for the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and systems, promptly identifying and resolving issues with simple, effective solutions
* Navigating interdependencies and potential conflicts, working collaboratively to achieve objectives and deliver value to customers, colleagues, and the planet.
* Handling risk and issues, setting up and leading a clear governance programme.
* Supervising progress of delivery and updating partners including business leaders on the deliverables.
* Being flexible in your approach, you are able to handle various projects and programmes of work across different areas of channels
* Forecasting and handling budgets effectively, maintaining a cost-conscious approach to ensure financial efficiency.
