We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join an outstanding team. In this role, you will support our sales efforts by managing client inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between teams. Role and Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily calls and enquiries for both the Sales Team.
* Supporting the Sales Team with ensuring all paperwork is correctly managed and all information communicated to the relevant production teams.
* Ability to learn all aspects of stock management and deputise for Sales Team as and when the business requires.
* Communications with all areas of operations and commercial.
* Liaising with hauliers and customers regarding daily requirements.
* Generating reports and KPIs as required by the Sales Manager.
* Scheduling of paperwork’s for third party loads as required by the Purchasing Team.
* Compiling of haulage rates and booking haulage for third party loads as required by the Purchasing Team.
* Ability to minute take for Sales meetings when required.
* Provide administrative support to the Sales Executive.
* Daily checking of emails and other paperwork relevant to goods in and out.
* Sending of load details and photos on all export sales.
Commercial System Responsibilities
* Managing paperwork and annexes and liaising with both weighbridge teams regarding collections.
* Support Sales Coordinator with the Entering Orders onto the system and managing the process for collection.
* Support with daily Material Collection Schedule and booking in times.
* Support with raising and sending of all collection reference numbers to customers/hauliers/shipping lines.
* Daily supervision of Goods Out.
* Daily supervision of vehicle turnaround times and demurrage.
* Weekly scheduling for Goods Out loads including Planned Delivery Schedule
* Weekly arranging of transport for Goods Out Loads.
* Daily supervision of incoming loads throughout the week, updating the schedule and deleting incomplete loads the following week.
Essential Skills and Criteria
* Previous administration experience.
* Good telephone manner and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages such as Excel and Word.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Be able to work in a highly pressured environment.

This is a Monday to Friday role that is office based.
