I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator, to join my client on a 9 month FTC. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, and have a strong understanding of the construction industry. Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator role – Coordinate day to day requirements of site and labour, for the Contracts Manager and their team. Communicate with site staff to confirm attendance. To upload employee timesheets online to the system ready for weekly payroll. Organise and coordinate agency staff cover each week. Requirements for the Contracts Administrator role – Previous experience within a similar position, within the construction industry is ESSENTIAL. Excellent communication skills – verbally and written. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Problem solving skills and able to use initiative. Extra information for the Contracts Administrator role – Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30 Full time, office based.
