Your ability to balance commercial objectives with client needs will be instrumental in driving long-term success.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nBusiness Development & Commercial Strategy\n\nLead end-to-end commercial processes, from opportunity identification to contract execution.\nCollaborate with engagement and operations teams to develop compelling proposals and tender responses.\nDesign and implement pricing strategies aligned with market trends, business goals, and client expectations.\nNegotiate complex commercial terms, ensuring favourable outcomes for all stakeholders.Proposal & Contract Management\n\nOversee the creation and review of commercial proposals, statements of work, and master service agreements.\nEnsure all commercial documentation adheres to governance and approval processes.\nWork closely with leadership to refine commercial strategies for proposals.\nEngage with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with company standards.Client & Stakeholder Engagement\n\nCultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth.\nCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure commercial alignment throughout project execution.\nPartner with finance teams to oversee invoicing accuracy and revenue tracking.Sales & Growth Responsibilities\n\nIdentify and assess new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.\nDevelop tailored commercial strategies for each prospect, including pricing models and contract structures.\nLead commercial negotiations, balancing risk management with business growth.\nWork alongside sales and engagement teams to drive account expansion and cross-selling initiatives.\nMarket & Industry Awareness\nStay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.\nAttend industry events and contribute insights to enhance business strategies.\nContinuously refine sales and commercial strategies based on market intelligence.Key Qualifications & Experience:\n\nBachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.\n7+ years in business development, commercial strategy, or solutions consulting.\nProven success in securing and negotiating high-value, complex contracts.\nExperience positioning and selling enterprise solutions, including ERP, HR, and CRM systems.\nStrong understanding of technology services pricing models and procurement processes.Skills:\n\nExcellent negotiation and commercial acumen.\nStrong strategic thinking with attention to detail.\nEffective communication and presentation skills.\nProven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nClient-focused mindset with a track record of delivering value.\nIn-depth knowledge of key industries such as energy, healthcare, financial services, and technology.\nProficiency in CRM systems and commercial tools.Location:\n\nLondon This role offers a unique opportunity to drive commercial success in a fast-paced, innovative environment.\n\nIf you thrive in a strategic, results-driven role and enjoy shaping commercial strategies, we encourage you to apply
