JOB DESCRIPTION
· Manage telephone duties, including handling amendments of orders and addressing occasional phone calls.
· Work within our booking system to update and manage appointments and orders efficiently.
· Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the office.
· Occasionally assist with light work within the warehouse as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
· Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
· Comfortable working in a structured environment and taking initiative when needed.
HOURS
Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
