Description The successful candidate will possess the experience to work with individuals with complex care needs. Local applicants are preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: Medication administration. Home Based Daily Living Support. Taking participants for appointments and other community participation. Behavior observation and support. Meal preparation and shopping assistance. Maintaining a record of participant progress. Assessing participants to determine continuing needs. Assistance in building participant self-image and self-confidence. Manual Handling of participants. Availability to cover a range of shifts including sleepovers and weekends.
