We are looking to recruit individuals, who share our passion for incredible customer service, to join the Trading team at Arundel. This is a unique opportunity to work for a local conservation charity and popular visitor attraction.
The role:
1. Giving a warm welcome to every visitor to WWT Arundel, demonstrating exceptional standards of customer service
2. Understanding the key centre highlights and experiences on offer to inform and enhance our visitors experience
3. Gaining exceptional product knowledge and proactively upselling in order to maximise sales
4. Actively work to minimise wastage with stock control measures and participate in stock handling through organising deliveries and assisting with stock takes
5. Adhering to the WWTs cash handling procedures with effective use of the epos system
6. Promote the WWT where ever possible in order to drive membership sales
7. The Trading Assistant will be required to work across visitor services, retail and catering departments, depending on the needs of the organisation.
What we are looking for:
8. A provable passion for great customer service
9. Someone able to adapt quickly to different roles
10. The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE or equivalent
