Salary Up to £60,000 per annum + £5,000 per annum, annual bonus & All travel paid.

Hours Monday-Friday

Location North London (Watford, Hampstead, St Albans, Wembley, Uxbridge & Milton Keynes

Reporting Into Senior Contract Manager

TecRec are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager manage a portfolio of commercial sites throughout the North London area, this portfolio is made up of around 10-12 multi-tenanted commercial offices, my client provides a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their clients needs and to deliver a service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards.

As the Contract Manager you will manage your own diary and you will be responsible for manging a P&L of 700K and a team of mobile engineers.

The portfolio is constantly growing and this should be a million-pound portfolio. This is to work for one client across the 10 buildings.
