A leading Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.
Your New Role
1. Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, directly for a leading facilities management provider across a prestigious commercial headquarters office in Bournemouth.
2. Liaising with the client regularly, responsible for contractors, building checks, and ensuring any maintenance issues are escalated.
3. Conducting building walkarounds and checks, identifying potential maintenance issues, liaising with engineers, booking and overseeing subcontractors, issuing permits, logging jobs, and raising them to the engineers via the CAFM system as required, updating the client and other stakeholders on the job process, meeting SLA requirements, and supporting with any minor repairs across the site.
What You'll Need To Succeed
1. Experience within Facilities Management in a workplace coordinator, facilities assistant, team leader, or supervisor role.
2. Building service-related qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
3. A good technical understanding, strong communication skills, and the experience and ability to work with CAFM systems.
