As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
Manage and maintain office systems and databases.
Handle internal and external correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Support the Secretarial & Business Support department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ensure high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
A proven track record in administrative roles, preferably within the Property industry.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
