Personal Specification: Receptionist (RN/1124) We are seeking a proactive and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves a blend of front-desk responsibilities, administrative support, and engagement with trainees, staff, and employers. CRITERIA Essential Criteria Grade A*-C in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent. Previous experience in a busy reception or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database systems. Desirable Criteria A minimum Level 3 qualification or above in Business Administration. Current driving license and access to own vehicle.
